Applicant understands, acknowledges and agrees that, by completing the online application to submit a New TLD Domain Name, Eazyinternic.COM is making no guaranty, warranty or representation of any kind, including without limitation that any New TLDs will become available or that Applicant's New TLD Domain Name will be registered.

Some of the reasons possible may be, that ICANN may not execute a final contract with some of the new approved registries. Some of the new registries may not grant Eazyinternic.COM the right to submit domain names. We will be competing with pre-registrations made by other Registrars and they may execute their registrations before us. Some of the new Registries may treat us in a poor manner that may impair our ability to promptly register names. For example, most of the "good" names may be gone when we start operations with the new Registries. The pre-registration of a new TLD will not give you any rights if your name infringes on intellectual property of others. Our pre-registration database is not public. By Pre-registering your name with us, you will not receive any trademark or intellectual property rights.

Some of the new top level domains such as: .museum, .aero and .coop are restricted. We will not try to pre-register these names. More info is available at www.icann.org.

Applicant understands, acknowledges and agrees that the application fee to submit a New TLD Domain Name is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Eazyinternic.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND Eazyinternic.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND OF UNINTERRUPTED ENJOYMENT OF USE. IN THE EVENT OF A BREACH OR DEFAULT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, Eazyinternic.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, STATUTORY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANOTHER PARTY'S ATTORNEY'S FEES OR LITIGATION EXPENSES. DAMAGES RECOVERABLE BY APPLICANT FROM Eazyinternic.COM ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE SUBMISSION FEE COLLECTED BY Eazyinternic.COM FROM APPLICANT.

By pre-registering your domain name with Eazyinternic.COM you are increasing the likelihood of getting your domain name(s) when registrations are opened for the new TLDs (top-level domain names). Eazyinternic.COM will use their experience and state-of-the-art technology to submit your domain name, but cannot guarantee that your domain name will be registered or will be available.

ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigning Names and Numbers) has finalized the list of new domain names. The list of TLDs posted on the Eazyinternic.COM Web site is subject to change at any time. The customer assumes full responsibility in the event that ICANN changes (eliminates) a domain name that he/she has registered with us. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable. However, in the event that a TLD is eliminated, Eazyinternic.COM will inform the Applicant of the unavailability and the applicant can choose an additional domain name with a selected TLD, and no additional charge.

Eazyinternic.COM encourages its customers to avoid registering trademarked names and does not make any effort to determine if trademark, copyright or other legal means protects a particular domain name. The Applicant is responsible for all liabilities arising from improperly registering any copyright or trademarked names and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eazyinternic.COM in regard to any litigation or disputes arising out of this transaction.

DOMAIN NAME PRE-REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

This Domain Name Pre-Registration Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding agreement by and between Eazyinternic.COM ("Eazyinternic.COM") and the person or entity applying to pre-register a domain name ("Applicant"). This Agreement shall be effective only after the Applicant completes the online application (the "Application"), remits payment, and Eazyinternic.COM has accepted the Application. The Applicant will be notified of acceptance or rejection by electronic mail and/or by transmission of a confirmation page from the Eazyinternic.COM website. The effective date ("Effective Date") of this Agreement shall be the date on which Eazyinternic.COM transmits its notice of acceptance to Applicant. Eazyinternic.COM and Applicant (collectively, the "Parties") hereby agree as follows:

1. Definitions

1.1 "ICANN" means the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers.

1.2 "TLD(s)" means top level domain name(s). such as ".com," ".org," etc.

1.3 "ccTLD(s)" means country code top level domain name(s), such as ".uk," ".il," etc.

1.4 "New TLD(s)" means TLD(s) other than ".com", ".net", ".edu", ".org" and other than ccTLDs.

1.5 "New TLD Domain Name" means a domain name incorporating a New TLD. 1.6 "Registrar" means an ICANN accredited registrar of domain names.

2. Pre-Registration and Fees

2.1 New TLD Domain Name pre-registration is accomplished by completing the online application form, remitting payment, and receiving acceptance from Eazyinternic.COM.

2.2 The application fee for pre-registration of a New TLD Domain Name shall be carried by Eazyinternic.COM at the time of application of US$10 per domain.

2.3 Applicant understands, acknowledges and agrees that, by completing the online application to pre-register a New TLD Domain Name, Eazyinternic.COM is making no guaranty, warranty or representation of any kind, including without limitation that any New TLDs will become available or that Applicant's New TLD Domain Name will be registered.

2.4 Applicant understands, acknowledges and agrees that the application fee to pre-register a New TLD Domain Name is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.5 Applicant understands, acknowledges and agrees that the new TLD domain name shall be the property of Eazyinternic.COM until the total cost of the application fee and registration fee are paid to Eazyinternic.COM

2.6 Applicant warrants and represents that no promise or inducement has been offered, made or accepted other than as set forth herein. This Agreement is executed without reliance upon any oral, written, express or implied representations, statements, promises, warranties or other inducement of any nature or sort made by any person or party hereto other than as is expressly set forth herein.

2.7 Applicant warrants and represents that the Applicant is the Authorized representative and or person to use the credit card used to pay for this transaction.

3. Choice of Law
This Agreement, as well as the entire relationship between the parties hereto, and any litigation between the Parties (whether based on contract, tort, law or equity) shall be governed by, and construed according to, the laws of British Columbia, Canada without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement is wholly performable in British Columbia, Canada. In the event of any dispute over this Agreement or the relationship of the parties to this Agreement, the Parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction shall be in the provincial courts of British Columbia, Canada.

4. Entire Agreement, Amendment, Assignment
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties hereto with respect to the provision of the services described herein and this Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, representations, statements or understandings, whether written or oral. Neither this Agreement, nor any right created hereby, may be assigned by a party without the prior written consent of the other party.

5. Notice
Any notice required by this Agreement shall be deemed given when transmitted to Eazyinternic.COM by e-mail to info@Eazyinternic.COM and when transmitted to Applicant at the electronic mail address provided in the application.

6. Force Majeure
Eazyinternic.COM shall not be responsible, and shall have no liability, for disruptions in service, delays or damages caused by fire, explosion, lightning, power surges or failures, acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities or the public enemy, acts or omissions of communications or common carriers, equipment failure or incompatibility, or other causes or conditions beyond its actual control, whether similar to the foregoing.

7. Waiver
Applicant hereby waives any and all causes of action, claims or rights with respect to the failure or inability of Eazyinternic.COM or a Registrar to actually register a New TLD Domain Name for which Applicant has pre-registered.
